New client policy

For all NEW CLIENTS there is a non refundable retainer fee.

This fee goes towards your service and gets deducted on the day of your appointment. Your Retainer is based off the scheduled services.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please refer to cancellation policy below. The retainer will transfer if you reschedule before the 48 hour mark. You will receive an invoice via email, once it’s paid and your card is held on file your appointment is locked in. After your first appointment you must have your card on file to hold future bookings.

Reschedule, Cancellation or Same Day Change of Service Policy


ALL appointments MUST reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment


New Clients: Failure to reschedule, cancel or change booked services within the appropriate time frame will result in the credit card of file being charged 50% of the scheduled services and loss of appointment retainer.  FOR NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments you will lose your retainer fee and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. 


Existing clients: Failure to reschedule, cancel or change booked services within the appropriate time frame will result in the credit card of file being charged 50% of the scheduled services or a $25 minimum, whichever is greater. In the event you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time and we need to reschedule, you will be charged a rescheduling fee of 50% of the scheduled services at that time. FOR NO CALL/NO SHOW appointments, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.


Prebook Rearranging Policy: Clients who prebook and rearrange 3 consecutive prebooked  appointments in a row will not be permitted to prebook without a 25% deposit of the services.


To assist you, I will send a text/ or email reminder two days prior to your scheduled appointment(s) if requested at the time of booking. Additionally, I will always send a confirmation text 2 days prior to your appointment.  I understand life happens, and as a result there will be times when we need to rearrange our preplanned engagements for unexpected emergencies or illnesses. In those situations I am more than willing to work with you case by case.

Due to safety considerations and limited space, we ask no children accompany you during your visit.  We LOVE your little ones but the salon is not a safe environment to roam around and play.
